부자가 되겠다는 마음이 약해질 때 한번쯤 보면 좋지 싶어 브라운 스톤 著 부의 본능에서 발췌하였습니다.

 

 

 

 

1. 남들이 영화나 TV를 보면 즐거워할 때, 나는 지루한 재테크 책을 읽고 저축계획을 세울 것이다.

2. 남들이 명품옷과 외제차로 뽐낼 때 시장패션으로 센스를 높이고, 소형차나 대중교통을 이용할 것이다.

3. 남들이 친구들에게 호기롭게 한턱내며 기분 낼때, 나는 눈 딱감고 자린고비라는 비난을 감내할 것이다. 

4. 남들이 휴일에 야외로 놀러갈때 나는 흙먼지 날리는 공사현장이나 부동산 업소를 답사할 것이다.

5. 남들이 돈 많이 드는 골프,스키로 시간을 보낼 때, 나는 돈 안들고 전신운동도 되는 등산,조깅을 즐길 것이다.

6. 남들이 맛집을 찾아다니며, 돈을 낭비할 때, 나는 외식을 아예 생각하지 않고 집에서 밥 먹을 것이다.

  (이건 좀 심한데?)

7. 남들이 최신 휴대폰 자랑 할 때, 나는 구식 핸드폰 자랑스럽게 들고 다닐 것이다. 

8. 남들이 세계 곳곳 돌아다닐 때, 나는 돈안드는 국내 여행으로 휴식이 있을 여행을 즐길 것이다.

9. 남들이 대충대충 통 크게 살때, 나는 10원 하나까지 꼼꼼하게 가계부를 기록할 것이다.

10. 남들이 전세 살고, 원룸 살아도 좋은 옷, 외제차 몰때 나는 내집사고 대출융자 열심히 갚아갈 것이다.

1. When others are happy to watch a movie or TV, I will read a boring financial book and make a savings plan.

2. When others show off with luxury clothes and foreign cars, they will increase their sense of market fashion and use small cars or public transportation.

3. When others feel curious about their friends, I will endure the accusation of closing my eyes and sleeping.

4. When others go out for a holiday, I will visit a construction site or real estate business that blows dust.

5. When others spend time with expensive golf and skiing, I will enjoy hiking and jogging without spending money and doing full body workouts.

6. When others are looking for restaurants and wasting money, I will eat at home without thinking about eating out. 

7. When others boast of the latest cell phones, I will proudly carry them with my old cell phones.

8. When others travel around the world, I will enjoy a relaxing trip with a domestic trip that I don't have.

9. When others live roughly, I will meticulously record a household account up to 10 won.

10. When others live in a charter, one-room clothes, and foreign cars, I will pay off my home loans.
